Smoked Trout Pate and the Smoked Trout Fillets are currently available Frozen.  Rainbow trout, caught in Georgian Bay then smoked & processed in Milford Bay, Muskoka is the best smoked trout pate you will ever have!  

This delicious pate is generally served au naturelle on top of a crispy cracker or topped with Yummies in a Jar pepper Jelly.  The pate must be pick up in store as we are not able to ship this product.

We also carry frozen smoked trout fillets but they cannot be ordered online.  Please phone in any orders that include smoked trout fillets so we can tell you the size/prices available at that time. 705-767-2578.  As the smoked trout fillets are priced per pound, the prices vary.
