Pickled Beets "Beet This!"
#3 on my list of pain in the butt products to make but when it's all said and done, it's worth every minute (hour)! I use fresh, small beets to ensure a delicious flavour and tender texture with a lovely tangy taste and a subtle hint of cloves. Great to eat on their own, in salads or as part of a charcuterie board or pickle plate.
