PEPPER JELLY CHEESE CAKE
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Fills a 6” pate dish. Doubles well.
1 x 8 oz package of Cream Cheese
200 gr or about 2 cups grated Old Cheddar Cheese
2 cloves finely chopped Garlic
1/2 x 125ml jar of YUMMIES IN A JAR Pepper Jelly *
plus the other 1/2 x 125ml jar of YUMMIES IN A JAR Pepper Jelly to put over the cheese cake before serving
Beat the cream cheese and egg till smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Beat till smooth. Pour into a 6” pie pan or oven safe pottery pate dish. Bake in preheated oven for 35 min or until the top is lightly browned. Put a small dish of water in the oven while the cheese cake is cooking so it doesn't dry out. Cool slightly. Just before serving, top with remaining Pepper Jelly. Serve with crackers and Enjoy!
